Standard operating conditions, booking guidelines, intellectual property terms, and campaign usage rights governing all professional engagements with Atharva Sharma.
1. NATURE OF DIGITAL PLATFORM
This digital platform (https://atharvasharma.co.in) functions as the official portfolio showcase, casting composite card repository, measurement registry, and direct booking conduit for Indian male fashion model Atharva Sharma. Access to and use of this platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms.
2. CASTING DIRECTORS & AGENCY EVALUATION RIGHTS
Accredited casting directors, model agencies, fashion stylists, and creative production coordinators are granted a revocable, non-transferable license to:
- Download and review official digital composite cards (Comp-Card) for active casting briefs.
- Inspect verified biometric measurements and structural proportions (Stats) for sample garment sizing.
- Present Atharva Sharma's portfolio tearsheets to brand clients for specific, non-commercial internal casting pitch presentations.
3. COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS & BOOKING PROTOCOLS
Direct Option Holds: An option holds a specific shoot date without financial commitment. If a second client requests a definitive booking for the same date, the first option holder is given 24 hours to confirm or release the date.
Definitive Confirmation & Call Sheets: A booking is finalized only upon receipt of an official signed talent voucher, agency agreement, or written confirmation detailing: call times, shoot location, stylist credentials, catering, day-rate/half-day rate, and specific media usage rights.
Usage Rights & Buyouts: Unless otherwise specified in writing, standard editorial rates cover magazine editorial publication and brand social media showcase only. Commercial advertising (billboards, television commercials, point-of-sale retail packaging, international digital buyouts) requires an explicit negotiated buyout fee covering specific territories, mediums, and durations (e.g., 6 months, 1 year, perpetual).
4. LIKENESS PROTECTION & ANTI-AI SYNTHESIS CLAUSE
Strict Reservation of Biometric & Personality Rights: Atharva Sharma retains all moral, personality, and statutory publicity rights over his name, image, voice, biometric facial architecture, and physique. Under no circumstances may any imagery, digitals, video captures, or representations from this platform or any commissioned production be used, uploaded, trained on, or indexed by artificial intelligence systems, neural networks, LoRA models, diffusion weights, synthetic digital doubles, or deepfake algorithms without an explicit, standalone, executed AI licensing agreement.
5. WEATHER, OUTDOOR & PALACE HERITAGE PROTOCOLS
For on-location productions in Rajasthan (Udaipur lake palaces, Jodhpur ramparts, Thar desert dunes): client productions are responsible for providing adequate shade, potable hydration, thermal relief, private changing enclosures, and certified heritage monument permits. In the event of extreme climatic hazard (dust storms, torrential monsoon), call-times will be adjusted under mutual agreement without forfeiture of day rates.
6. CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS
- Cancellation within 24 hours of call-time: 100% of agreed fee payable.
- Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours: 50% of agreed fee payable.
- Postponement due to verified force majeure: Re-scheduled within 30 days without penalty subject to calendar availability.
7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These terms and any professional contracts entered into shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of bookings, intellectual property infringements, or platform usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
